Cayman Finance Student Education and Work Experience Programme
Cayman Finance, through the work of our Public Awareness Committee and our member firms, has been proud to provide financial services career pathway opportunities for nearly 250 talented, young Caymanians through the first four years of the Cayman Finance Student Education and Work Experience Programme. The initiative, which is a partnership with the Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports, Agriculture and Lands, and the Ministry of Financial Services and Home Affairs, is now in its 5th year with 44 high-achieving students from high schools across the Cayman Islands participating in 2019.
During the 2019 programme, students will participate in eight workshops across the last term of the academic year, led by industry experts providing detailed knowledge of the financial services industry. Students will also receive one-on-one mentorship sessions with a senior industry representative, as well as the opportunity to undertake a four-week internship with a Cayman Finance member firm.
Annual registration usually takes place in March of each year. Please check back for more information about the annual Cayman Finance Student Education and Work Experience Programme.
