eShore have been appointed to the ICTA-Women in Technology Council (LATAM and Caribbean).
IT industry leaders gathered at the second annual ICT Americas conference in Costa Rica (April 3-5) to attend the inaugural WIT panel discussions, and also to participate in other presentations focusing on regional IT developments and highlights.
eShore’s involvement in the WIT Council affords them the opportunity to further strengthen their efforts in assisting women in Cayman to navigate, and enter into, the IT industry. eShore has various initiatives in the planning stages, which will include the provision of several local scholarships to qualifying female candidates, and ITIL4.0 training.
