Nicole advises international corporate and financial institutions on all forms of financing transactions involving the Cayman Islands. Her expertise relates to structured finance, including U.S. CLOs and emerging market future cash flow backed securities, international capital markets, project and infrastructure finance, secured lending and fund finance. In addition, Nicole has advised on a broad range of hedge fund and private equity transactions and specialises in all aspects of Cayman Islands financial services regulation.
Nicole also advises clients in Latin America in relation to both inward and outward investment. She is recognised as a leading lawyer by Legal 500 and IFLR1000 which have respectively noted that she “simply makes things happen” and gets the “the highest grade”. IFLR1000 praises Nicole for her skill and understanding of how Latin American clients use Cayman.
