Harneys is pleased to announce the recruitment of senior associate Jonathan McLean to its growing Cayman practice.
Jonathan has a wealth of experience in all areas of corporate and commercial law with a focus on finance and funds. He has throughout his career advised many major banks and trusts, publically listed entities, private entities, investment houses, administrators and high net worth individuals on all aspects of corporate law.

Jonathan joins from Conyers Dill & Pearman where he was an attorney in the corporate department. Prior to that, he was an attorney with Kirkland & Ellis in London and Ogier in the Cayman Islands.
