David Cameron’s anti-corruption summit will be without a Panama delegation. That is despite all the recent offshore revelations unearthed in the so-called Panama Papers leak. But representatives from the Cayman Islands – a British-administered tax haven – will be there. Jude Scott is the chief executive of Cayman Finance – an organisation promoting the development of the islands’ financial services industry. He told Ian King what it was seeking.
